The Installation of two 2,5 MW Nordex N100/2500 wind turbines in the Hamburg Harbour was a real highlight for MKtimelapse.

The last container ship to be build at Hamburgs legendary Blohm+Voss shipyards. The timelapse movie forms part of the permanent exhibition at the biggest naval museum of the world, the International Maritime Museum in Hamburg

Blohm+Voss Repair is known for its competence in cruise ship overhaul. In 2008 a total of 12 cruise ships entered dock 17 for repairs and maintenance, among which was also the Celebrity Solstice

Braemar conversion
The 2008 overhaul of the cruise vessel Braemar not only consists of a complete refurbishment of its interior within two months - a whole new segment is added to increase passenger capacity by nearly a third.

ABOUT OUR CAMERA SYSTEMS
We design our camera setup specifically for each project to create time-lapse movies of exceptional quality, for reliability in every kind of weather and for run times extending for years. We design for outstanding clarity and dynamic range with resolutions up to 21Mp. A high frequency of one image per minute ensures smooth as silk time-lapse material.
Our 3G wireless camera connectivity is used to monitor system status around the clock. In addition, a high quality photo can be uploaded to a client-selected location every couple of minutes. Needless to say, the stills are far superior to the available Webcam solutions.
ABOUT POST-PRODUCTION
In our post-production process, the high-resolution stills are transferred to a 14 terabyte raid-5 server, and then mirrored to a second raid-5 server. This provides maximum data security throughout the duration of your project. Next, the stills are rendered into a continuous time-lapse movie sequence, which we can edit and animate to create a movie of your speciation. The entire process maintains full resolution without intermediates – for true Full HD sharpness.
After adding titles and logos, we process the movie in all formats – as Full HD movie on Blu-ray™ for exhibitions and events, as DVD for clients and investors and in web resolution for your homepage or youtube.
